Breezeway brings their hero product, The Powerlouvre™ Window, a motorised, app-controllable louvre system that brings full ventilation into residential and commercial buildings without sacrificing energy efficiency.

“ARCHIDEX gives us a launchpad for educating the industry on intelligent, sustainable design. It also aligns with multiple UNSDGs,” said Nurhidayah Mohd Izhar, Technical Sales Consultant at Breezeway (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

Newcomer, CLV Glasstech (M) Sdn Bhd, is soaking in the energy of ARCHIDEX for the very first time — and loving it. Operating under two verticals — Lien Yeu Glasstech (for contractors and developers) and CLV (for end-users and IDs), the company is a one-stop shop for architectural glass solutions, from safety glass and facades to customised shower screens.

“Everything we make is manufactured in our own factory in Muar, Johor,” says Harry Sun, its Marketing & Sales Executive. “We can customise any size and shape, we can meet all requirements.”

He’s also excited about the connections made. “We’ve had many local and foreign enquiries, even from India and Jakarta.

When it comes to glass artistry with flair, Energy Glass World Art Sdn Bhd, has it all – from UV-printed art glass to laminated panels with fabric and the dazzling infinity mirror, this homegrown manufacturer is putting creativity and capability on display.

“We want people to know that you don’t have to import premium glass features from overseas,” said MK Tiu, the company’s Sales Manager. “We’re the first to produce the smart mirror and infinity glass in Malaysia, and we customise designs to suit any interior.”
