“We’re here at ARCHIDEX because it’s the largest architecture event in Asia,” shared Kelvin Yong, Chief Operating Officer at Saint-Gobain Singapore & Malaysia. “This year, in conjunction with our 360th anniversary, we’ve created a unique 360-degree exhibition.”

The event also serves as a prime platform to showcase Saint-Gobain’s expanded capabilities, following the recent acquisitions of two new multinational companies: FOSROC (Feb 2025) and GCP Applied Technologies Inc in 2022. These strategic additions bolster Saint-Gobain’s offerings, providing a comprehensive portfolio of brands and solutions to key stakeholders, including government bodies and architects.

Building vital relationships and fostering connections were also a priority for Saint-Gobain at ARCHIDEX. The company hosted three consecutive days of successful cocktail networking sessions, which proved invaluable for connecting with customers and industry partners.

“These sessions have been fruitful, because it’s usually a challenge for us to gather everyone in a short amount of time, but this event makes it easier to facilitate connections,” Yong explained, emphasising the exhibition’s role in their main aim: to network and raise awareness of Saint-Gobain’s vast capabilities.

“Usually when we go to the customer to do presentations it’s difficult for them to envision what our product is like,” said Belindle Lee, Marketing Manager at Saint-Gobain Malaysia Sdn Bhd. “But now, with our exhibition set up this way, it’s all available at a glance and it’s also interactive, making it easier for the customer to understand what we do, and what we can offer.”
